Taghrid Hikmet (Jordan)

Born on 25 December 1945 Judge Taghrid Hikmet has served at the Jordan High Criminal Court since 2003. She has been Attorney-at-Law and Jordan Assistant Prosecutor General (1996-1998) before being appointed to the Appeal Court (since 1998 to 2003).

A member of several national and international law advocacy organizations, Judge Hikmet has attended many conferences, seminars and law forums.

Juge Hikmet studied law at the University of Damas, Syria (1969 to 1973).
